Jayne, my friends loved, loved, loved the lemon ginger scones! Sandy from Oregon disagreed with me about your scones being the best in Washington--she has declared your scones the best in the whole Northwest. Wear the crown proudly!

I love being greeted on your home page by Irish fiddler friend Randal Bays! Randal is a great choice to model your wonderful coffee cups! When you have a chance, check out my blog at www.sydneyofoysterville.com for September 9, 2010 -- it's all about Bailey's Bakery and Cafe!

I stopped at your cafe on my first visit to the peninsula. Thank you for the friendly service and great food. I tried portobello mushroom sandwich and apricot coffee cake. Both delicious. Our dog enjoyed the biscuits.

Oh my! Your chocolate espresso cookies are par excellent. I saved mine until we got back to home (Vancouver) so I could enjoy it along with a cup of tea. Haven't had anything from your hands yet that wasn't scrumptious.
Thank you for your commitment to excellent baking!

I got a panini grill for my birthday so I can continue to make sandwiches, since everyone knows I love sandwiches and making them. All thanks to you! Hope everything is going well! I miss the butterscotch spiced pecan scones the most.

We saw your picture in the Chinook Observer! Looking good. We sure miss coming in every week! We have to wait until the end of May, but scones are going to be our first stop. Beva did send us some of your scones for Chistmas! Now that is a good friend! Tom and Glenda may come sooner, I'm not sure.

Your friend,
Marsha

Hello Jayne!
I'm again applying here in Georgetown, TX to work in the food industry-just couldn't stay away! I was also complimented recently on how excellent my knife work was (I was slicing onions), and attributed all my experience and knowledge to a little bakery and cafe in Washington. Hope everyone is doing well!
